I got this problem to when someone has a connection to the access database for editing, then there are some operations that cant be done, for example adding fields or changing database structure. Probably you may change the locking of records, close recordsets after each operation or someting else. Access is not ideal for multiple users, so you should concidering changing database to mysql instead :-) Hi Nilesh,
